Senior Outbound Account Executive - Retail

Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Outbound Account Executive for their North American Retail sales team. This hybrid role involves generating new business opportunities through prospecting, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, leading demo presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. The role requires accurate sales forecasting and meeting revenue targets, as well as providing market intelligence. This position is based in a hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the Toronto office, with expectations to self-generate leads in addition to SDR support to achieve KPIs.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of proven sales experience in an outbound B2B sales role, preferably within the retail sector or SaaS industry.,Experience managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.,Demonstrated history of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.,Experience with forecasting sales and managing KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.,Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a high-performance environment.,Fluency in English as a working language is required.,Ability to contribute to organizational objectives beyond strict role scope.
