Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer
Description
Join CIBC's Virtual Network Engineering team within the Cloud Engineering and Transformation group to design, implement, and manage advanced networking and security solutions across private and hybrid cloud environments. This includes architecting, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud network platforms, collaborating with infrastructure, security, and application teams, developing automation scripts for network provisioning, and ensuring operational excellence. Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies and documenting designs, procedures, and operational guidelines are also key aspects of this role.
What We're Looking For
Design, deploy, and manage VMware NSX environments for micro-segmentation, network virtualization, and security policy enforcement.,Architect and support VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) platforms for private and hybrid cloud deployments.,Implement and maintain Avi Networks/NSX Advanced Load Balancer solutions, including application delivery, load balancing, and automation.,Develop and maintain automation scripts and templates for network provisioning and configuration management.,Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver innovative solutions.,Ensure operational excellence.,Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Ideal Candidate
