KPMG Canada is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for its National Advisory Marketing team, specifically supporting the National Risk Services practice. This role involves developing and executing strategic, innovative, and results-oriented marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition, foster client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The manager will lead campaigns, monitor industry trends, promote continuous improvement including AI integration, and collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Lead and execute strategic marketing planning for campaigns and programs.,Partner with stakeholders to assess and implement marketing initiatives aligned with national objectives.,Develop national campaigns in collaboration with marketing, sales enablement, and communications teams.,Strengthen market presence, enhance reputation, and support business growth.,Identify, familiarize, and monitor emerging industry trends and opportunities.,Design and execute cohesive marketing initiatives to elevate the profile of the National Risk Services practice.,Create targeted strategic marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads.,Plan and carry out diverse activities including thought leadership, public relations, social media engagement, and digital strategies.,Implement innovative marketing strategies and techniques using AI and other tools.,Support and cultivate best practices in marketing and communications.,Coordinate and integrate efforts with Global, National, and Geographic Marketing and Communications colleagues.,Manage a small team of Advisory marketing professionals.,Manage budget and marketing ROI, including tracking day-to-day expenses against KPIs and reporting value to National Advisory Leaders.
At least 10 years of experience leading and implementing multi-channel marketing programs.,Diploma or undergraduate degree, preferably in a discipline related to marketing.,Post-graduate qualification in a marketing or business-related discipline is a plus but not required.,Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders.,Experience in developing campaigns with compelling value propositions and creating integrated client issue-based platforms.,Proven ability to use multi-channel marketing programs, with emphasis on digital and social channels, to deliver success and offer recommendations based on tracked metrics.,Self-directed and committed to excellence, consistently displaying accountability and a positive, solutions-oriented approach.,Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.,Proficiency in project management, negotiation, change management, and consulting.,Solid experience collaborating across seniority levels and with multiple stakeholders and teams on projects.,Experience leading and working collaboratively with a small team in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment.,Interest in the latest business trends, such as AI disruption, digital transformation, and Cybersecurity.
Diploma or Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Marketing); Post-graduate qualification is a plus.
