This role involves leading the Finance Integration team at Aritzia, focusing on ensuring the smooth operation and increased productivity of finance-related initiatives. The Senior Manager/Manager will be crucial in defining and maintaining operational excellence standards, driving the transformation of Finance functions for scalability, and supporting team members' career growth within a dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For

Implement business needs into cross-functional initiatives impacting the Finance Division,

Ensure implemented initiatives' existing lifecycles and processes, identifying optimization opportunities for scalability,

Integrate new infrastructure into and out of the Finance Division, representing Finance's interests cross-functionally,

Connect and organize the Division with business-driven, simple, and relevant information,

Work with Business Support partners to lead day-to-day department functions supporting corporate objectives and employee development,

Provide functional support focusing on tools and technology for consolidated payment integration

Ideal Candidate

Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in software implementations,

Accounting or Sales Audit background,

CPA designation (asset),

Project Management experience and/or designation (asset),

Commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles,

Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners,

Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
