This role involves stewarding and future-proofing the Aritzia brand by driving initiatives across all brand pillars, including people, product, places, and communication. The position focuses on long-term brand strategy, stewardship, and cross-functional leadership, rather than daily marketing or campaign execution.
Define and establish Aritzia's Customer, Community and Corporate brands,
Evaluate brand touchpoints and translate insights into strategies,
Make the brand memorable and recognizable,
Drive opportunities to expand the brand,
Measure and evaluate enduring brand equity,
Safeguard the brand,
Ensure consistent and elevated application of the brand across people, product, places, and communication
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in branding,
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles,
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners,
