Description

KPMG is seeking a talented leader to join their Workday team as a Senior Manager. This role involves leading business development, managing client engagements, designing and configuring Workday Financials solutions, troubleshooting, and building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will work with senior KPMG leaders to enhance and integrate service offerings.

What We're Looking For

Lead business development activities (identification, proposal development, pursuit),Plan and manage engagements under Partner leadership,Build relationships with clients and their teams,Lead client engagements to successful outcomes, focusing on team support, client needs, and value generation,Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of Workday Financials solutions,Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis,Develop expertise in Workday Financials,Build long-term business relationships with senior client personnel and executives,Work with senior KPMG leaders to understand, enhance, and integrate service offerings

Ideal Candidate

More than 10 years of experience with Workday Financials,Workday Financials certification (required within three months of employment if not held),Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field,Accounting designation (CPA) preferred,Experience working in a client-facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders
