Senior Manager, Treasury Solutions - REM

Description

This role at RBC's Transaction Banking team involves proactively advising and enabling Real Estate Market (REM) clients to leverage RBC's cash management solutions. Responsibilities include client onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption of digital solutions. The successful candidate will manage and grow revenue from a portfolio of complex REM corporate clients, execute client sales plans, deliver a superior client experience, and drive innovation by meeting client business and financial goals to enhance loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Build relationships and manage revenue growth within the Real Estate Markets client portfolio, identifying and supporting client needs and opportunities for additional RBC products/solutions.,Act as the key point of contact throughout the cash management end-to-end onboarding process, partnering with the relationship team and ensuring an exceptional client experience.,Partner with Directors, VPs, and MDs from the coverage side to develop a coordinated client contact strategy and complete annual relationship reviews.,Provide tailored advice and insights to clients on new or emerging issues that will impact their business.,Lead with a growth mindset, focusing on maximizing client acquisition, growth, and an exceptional client experience.,Deliver financial and business insight through a differentiated value proposition by presenting solutions, helping clients understand/implement them, and identifying referral opportunities to RBC Partners.
