Senior Manager, Treasury Solutions - Corporate

Description

This Senior Manager position within RBC's Treasury Solutions Corporate Coverage team focuses on providing proactive advice and enabling clients to utilize RBC's cash management solutions. Responsibilities include managing client onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption of digital solutions, as well as growing revenue from a complex corporate client portfolio. The role involves executing client sales plans by offering tailored cash management solutions to meet clients' business and financial goals, fostering loyalty, and driving innovation.

What We're Looking For

Build relationships and manage revenue growth within a portfolio of clients, focusing on recognizing and supporting client needs, enhancing client loyalty, and identifying opportunities for additional RBC products.,Act as the single point of contact throughout the cash management end-to-end onboarding process, partnering with the relationship team and ensuring an exceptional client experience.,Partner with Relationship Managers to develop a coordinated client contact strategy and complete annual relationship reviews, ensuring future client needs are identified and met.,Provide tailored advice and insights to clients on new or emerging issues impacting their business.,Lead with a growth mindset, focusing on maximizing client acquisition, growth, and an exceptional client experience.,Deliver financial and business insight advice through a differentiated value proposition by presenting solutions that clearly articulate benefits and advantages to the client; help the client to understand alternatives, navigate and implement proposed solutions; and identify opportunities and refer clients to RBC Partners to meet broader advice needs.,5+ years of related experience in commercial or corporate banking sales.,Strong knowledge of cash management products and emerging industry trends.,Proven client advice/service, sales and relationship management experience with the ability to match client needs with products/structure solutions.,Demonstrated project management, organizational and time management skills.,Strong written and verbal communication skills.,Proficiency with software applications including MS Office.,Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients in person.

Ideal Candidate

Certified Treasury Professional ("CTP") Designation or similar qualification (Nice-to-Have).
