Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing

Plan and execute delivery of transfer pricing services, ensuring quality and client-specific tailoring.,Contribute to the delivery of multi-functional and/or complex solutions, offering transfer pricing planning, consulting, and compliance expertise.,Effectively manage engagement fundamentals (realization, utilization, collections, expenses).,Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support practice growth and profitability.,Enhance technical skills by staying current on transfer pricing trends, legislative developments, and tax authority decisions.,Create a learning environment, coach and mentor junior team members.,Assist in shaping and executing focused strategic market initiatives.,Contribute to strategic planning for the transfer pricing practice and identify innovation opportunities.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Law or related field.,CPA, CFA or similar designation is an asset.,Completion of the In-depth Tax course is an asset.,Minimum 8 years of experience in transfer pricing within a consulting environment including leadership responsibilities.,Deep knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS and global tax regulations.,Advanced proficiency in financial data analysis and modeling.,Strong analytical, writing and communication skills.,Adaptability and organizational ability.,Strong client focus and excellent technical and project management skills.,Experience in business development and contributing to practice growth.
