Description

The Senior Manager, Third Party Risk Oversight & Business Engagement is a key member of the Personal Banking & Commercial Banking Third Party Risk, Supplier Management Office team. This role involves leading the Third-Party Risk Quality Assurance & Supplier Assurance team, ensuring compliance with RBC's Enterprise Third Party Risk Standards through quality assurance, monitoring, escalation, and stakeholder engagement. It is a high-impact position focused on bridging enterprise risk standards with business line execution to strengthen RBC's risk governance and regulatory compliance framework.

What We're Looking For

Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Quality Assurance & Supplier Assurance specialists.,Establish and maintain comprehensive QA frameworks aligned with Enterprise Third Party Risk Standards.,Continuously improve processes for quality risk assessments and compliance to standards.,Create training materials and conduct learning series to help business areas understand third-party risk requirements.,Act as a subject matter expert for engagement owners.,Collaboratively manage and monitor KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) across Lines of Business.,In partnership with Directors, Operational Risk, conduct regular third-party risk business reviews with LOB leadership.,Work proactively with business partners to address non-compliances, issues, and findings.,Leverage third-party monitoring tools for monitoring supplier health.,Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior management.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.,MBA or professional risk certification (e.g., FRM, CRM, PRM) (Nice-to-have).
