Senior Manager, Technology Strategy & Transformation

This role within KPMG's Advisory practice focuses on guiding clients through complex digital transformations. The Senior Manager will lead technology strategy and transformation engagements, manage client relationships, develop and execute technology strategies leveraging AI, data modernization, cloud, and platform strategies, and lead diverse consulting teams. The goal is to drive technology-enabled business change and ensure client satisfaction with high-quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Lead end-to-end client engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.,Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to project teams.,Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, understanding their business challenges and technology needs.,Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for engagement delivery and future initiatives.,Guide clients in developing and executing technology strategies leveraging core capabilities in AI, data modernization, cloud infrastructure, platform strategy, and business solution architecture.,Develop actionable roadmaps and ensure proposed solutions align with clients' business objectives and industry best practices.,Manage and inspire diverse teams of consultants, architects, and analysts.,Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.,Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and business leaders.,Proven ability to drive account growth, generate new revenue, and meet sales targets in collaboration with senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting or a related industry role.,Strong track record of leading complex technology strategy or transformation engagements.,Significant experience in a client-facing consulting environment.,Consulting and leadership skills to build strong client relationships and high-performing teams.
