Senior Manager, Technology Partnerships

Description

The Senior Manager, Technology & Operations (T&O) Partnerships will develop and lead strategic relationships with external industry partners and academic institutions. This role involves overseeing all aspects of partnerships, from planning to execution, with the goals of enhancing employee engagement, building the RBC brand in key technology sectors, and developing future talent pipelines.

What We're Looking For

Establish creative ways to engage with partners, ensuring programs are fresh and user-centric.

Drive market awareness and analyze RBC's competitive standing.

Develop a unified strategy for engaging internal teams and employees.

Manage activation planning and execution, serving as the primary partner contact, developing plans and workback schedules, and leading internal engagement.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative outcome reporting for partnership programs and activations.

Handle budget tracking, planning, and invoicing.

Collaborate with corporate communications and recruitment teams to integrate Tech@RBC strategically into activations.

Maintain high levels of team governance for reporting, invoicing, documenting, and evaluating programs.

Minimum of 4-7 years' experience leading programs.

Ability to drive initiatives from idea to execution.

Exceptional communication skills, effective with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.

Detail-oriented and proactive self-starter with a curious mindset, drive to outperform, and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring team members and fostering collaboration.

Creative and innovative thinker passionate about delivering impactful programs.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum of 4-7 years' experience leading programs.

Additional experience in a creative agency or complex event management is desirable.
