Description

The Senior Manager, Talent Enablement & Delivery, T&O and AI Group reports to the Director, Talent Enablement & Delivery (TED), T&O HR. This role is a key contributor in aligning enterprise and T&O Talent Strategies, specifically for the AI Group, and prioritizing all HR activities. The Senior Manager will collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to translate talent strategy into actionable plans, achieve stakeholder alignment across business and HR functions, and deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with talent priorities.

What We're Looking For

Act as a trusted partner for the Talent Enablement & Delivery (TED) and HR Team to deliver successful project/initiative outcomes and drive business value.,Contribute to and execute Talent Strategies at the platform & group level, aligned with Enterprise, T&O, and AI Group Talent Strategies.,Collaborate with Director, TED, HRBPs, and HR Centre of Expertise (COE) partners to identify and address talent challenges (e.g., Workforce Planning, Org Design, Role Analysis & Redesign).,Research leading trends and organizational knowledge to find alternative approaches/solutions.,Collect and analyze data to define problems, requirements, and create strategic insights.,Support strategic storytelling through compelling presentations and materials for senior leaders.,Convert talent strategy priorities and annual talent lifecycle activities into executable plans.,Facilitate business routines for the Talent Partnership team and drive planning/prioritization.,Lead HR team OKRs and agile sprint planning.,Oversee team retrospectives and closure.,Manage and deliver monthly reporting on OKRs and KPIs to senior stakeholders.,Continuously improve through collaboration with TED team colleagues and HR Centers of Excellence.,Coach others on continuous improvement and sharing best practices.,Support ad hoc compliance/reporting asks and project-based tasks.

Ideal Candidate

University undergraduate degree or relevant experience within financial services and/or HR.,CHRP, CHRL or in-progress (asset).,Consulting experience (asset).
