Description

This opportunity involves developing and implementing global risk management reports, systems, and processes to minimize investment risks, applying extensive knowledge to complex assignments. The Senior Manager will support and execute key components of the Global Supplier Risk & Relationship Management program, primarily for RBC's Wealth Management. This role is within the Supplier Relationship Management Center Of Expertise (COE) and involves day-to-day supplier relationship activities for critical suppliers, ensuring compliance with Third-Party Risk (TPR) governance requirements. Key activities include stakeholder engagement, cross-regional supplier reviews, supplier analytics, business case development, performance monitoring, and supporting change initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Support and execute key components of the Global Supplier Risk & Relationship Management program.,Support the delivery of Third-Party Risk (TPR) governance requirements.,Engage with business partners and vendors.,Conduct cross-regional supplier reviews and assessments.,Perform supplier analytics, business case development, and performance monitoring/reporting.,Support various change initiatives within WM's Supplier Risk & Relationship program.,Lead and assist in the management of key Suppliers for WM businesses.,Coordinate management activities between RBC and suppliers, monitoring and escalating project and incident status.,Coordinate RBC-Supplier operational and executive touch points.,Provide guidance and advice to the business on supplier relationship management.,Implement and support contract governance processes, compliance oversight, and reviews.,Support the development and enhancement of supplier exit strategies.,Support other RBC Supplier Managers/Global Supplier Managers with governance activities, investigations, and analysis.,Drive value-added support by defining and maintaining supplier management best practices.

Ideal Candidate

Business Administration degree (BComm / MBA) or management consulting experience

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (Business Administration)
