This role focuses on developing, implementing, and supporting Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) solutions for applications within the Digital Branch SRE organization. The incumbent will work closely with the SRE Delivery team and other IT partners, performing production support, incident, and problem management, and contributing to transformation through process automation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate and build relationships across Business and IT.,Participate in code and non-functional reviews of SRE solutions.,Manage vendor relationships, problem resolution, and application maintenance.,Drive transformation by automating processes.,Track audit, monitor, and implement technical work streams.,Act as a portfolio Subject Matter Expert (SME).,Support integration of new releases, bug fixes, and technology currency changes.,Focus on continuous improvement and technical standards.,Manage application's maintenance budget and provide cost forecasts.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a Technology leadership role and people management.,Proven application support, maintenance, and delivery of enhancement/maintenance projects on critical applications.,Experience working with both onshore and offshore vendors.,Experience with different technologies, distributed systems, and workflows.,Capacity planning/sizing and performance tuning skills.,Ability to identify, institute process improvement, and effectively apply application enhancement.,Capacity to understand technical capabilities and limitations of existing and emerging architectures within enterprise and corporate applications.
