This role involves leading the development and implementation of complex Salesforce-based CRM systems within Wealth Management at RBC. The Senior Manager will oversee resource allocation, guide scrum teams in gathering and mapping requirements, lead estimation efforts for Salesforce and data integration initiatives, and analyze business strategies to propose optimal solutions. They will also act as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME), maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure adherence to best practices and RBC internal standards and guidelines.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a Management or Development Lead role with proven experience with Agile methodology delivering large-scale complex projects/programs.,Experience managing teams and capacity planning.,Proficiency in requirements management and communication, including walkthroughs, scope and change management, traceability, configuration management, backlog management & prioritization.,Experience implementing CRM solutions in the financial sector, coupled with experience in integrating applications using tools like GraphQL, Kafka and REST APIs.,Ability to combine traditional business analysis skills with lean/agile analysis skills, and identify the need for and use techniques from either skillset (e.g., system context diagrams, use cases, storyboards, relative estimation).,Experience in leading requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation.,Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques such as Data Analysis, Document Analysis, Interviews, Facilitated Workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus Groups, Surveys.,Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its architecture and product suite including Sales & Service Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud.,Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder Certifications.
