The Senior Manager, Risk Operations, will be responsible for overseeing the timely resolution of technology-related issues and findings, monitoring IT process failures that contribute to operational risk events, and ensuring compliance of third-party technology vendors in the UK and Europe. The role involves collaborating with global and regional security risk leads, analyzing the impact of policy and regulatory changes on the IT Risk Framework, and ensuring adherence to local technology regulations. Additionally, the manager will develop support models for regional audits, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and provide guidance on IT risk practices while adapting to organizational changes.
Collaborate with regional issue and finding owners to ensure timely remediation of identified technology issues and findings to mitigate risks.,Monitor events to understand where a failure in an IT process or service is identified as root cause or is a significant contributor in the remediation of an Operational Risk Event.,Monitor compliance and performance of third-party technology vendors impacting the UK and Europe, in partnership with Enterprise IT TPRM services.,Work closely with the T&O Global Security risk lead to ensure regional extension for risk lead activities specific to T&O Global Security.,Analyze impact of changes in internal policies & standards, regional regulatory framework and industry standards to the IT Risk Framework.,Ensure local technology regulations, standards, and policies are adhered to.,Develop the local support model for regional audits, regulatory requests, and other region-specific control reviews.,Foster business relationships to gain a clear understanding of technology platforms and products.,Maintain strong working relationships with senior functional and business management to adequately support the business.,Provide guidance to IT stakeholders on IT risk practices.,Remain enthusiastic during times of change and communicate support for Management Decisions.
