Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to lead the regional RevOps function and build a high-performing team. This role is crucial for planning, executing, and scaling the go-to-market strategy. The successful candidate will establish best-in-class operating rhythms for forecasting, pipeline performance, and KPI governance, providing trusted insights and driving accountability to achieve business outcomes. The role involves defining, monitoring, and evolving KPIs across the full customer lifecycle, partnering with various departments to shape investment cases, improve productivity, and scale processes for predictable and profitable growth. It is a high-impact leadership position combining strategic planning, analytical rigor, and cross-functional influence.

What We're Looking For

Lead NOAM Retail RevOps strategy and execution, ensuring operational excellence, governance, and GTM cadence.,Translate company OKRs into executable plans, metrics, and operating rhythms.,Own and lead weekly business cadence with GTM leadership, providing insights on pipeline health, performance, risks, and actions.,Drive forecasting rigor (EOM/EOQ/EOY) for accuracy and consistency.,Evolve KPI frameworks as business needs change to improve decision-making.,Lead bi-weekly deep dives into New Business and Account Management performance, identifying leading indicators, conversion trends, and execution gaps.,Translate insights into prioritized actions with GTM leaders and Enablement.,Surface pipeline risks/opportunities early and ensure follow-through with clear owners and timelines.,Facilitate Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) with GTM and Finance, providing executive-level performance views.,Drive alignment on strategic priorities, investments, and course-corrections based on data.,Lead monthly quota, coverage, and capacity analysis across sales and customer teams.,Provide data-driven recommendations on quota setting, coverage targets, territory design, and resourcing.,Own the RevOps workstream for quarterly reforecasting, aligning targets to current business realities and supporting scenario analyses.,Build investment cases tied to measurable productivity and efficiency outcomes.,Build, coach, and scale a high-performing RevOps team, developing talent and fostering accountability.,Act as a strategic partner to the Head of RevOps, shaping priorities and driving cross-functional execution.,Partner with Product, Enablement, Systems, and Data teams to align tools, reporting, and process design with global priorities.,Establish and maintain governance for reporting quality, metric definitions, and business interpretation.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Operations, or similar.,Master's degree (MBA or related) is a plus, but not required.,8+ years of experience in a go-to-market environment (Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, BizOps, Strategy, FP&A, or Analytics) with a track record of delivering strategic initiatives.,2+ years of people leadership experience, including building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams in a hybrid or remote setting.,Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional outcomes and influence senior stakeholders (GTM, Finance, Data/BI, Information Systems/RevTech, Marketing).,Strong experience owning or leading planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles.,Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including designing and governing KPIs across the customer journey.,Executive-level analytics & business judgment.,Strong stakeholder influence, able to build trust and drive alignment.,Operational rigor & governance mindset.,Strategic + hands-on leadership.,Change leadership experience.,Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.,Talent builder.
