Description

This role involves leading the strategy, management, and delivery of RBC's Small Business Credit Cards product portfolio. The successful candidate will set strategic direction, ensure client satisfaction through a digital-first approach, and synthesize strategies across various partners. Responsibilities include staying updated on the Canadian business landscape, capitalizing on emerging opportunities, contributing to financial goals, and implementing key strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Responsible for day-to-day product management of Business Credit cards, including client experience, financial performance, and policies.,Develop and execute strategies to enhance and transform products, ensuring exceptional client value and market competitiveness.,Identify market trends to drive product strategy and innovation.,Develop executive-level presentations and business cases for product enhancements and strategic recommendations.,Support leadership in developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies for portfolio growth and profitability.,Identify performance trends and recommend initiatives to increase product competitiveness.,Lead execution of initiatives to ensure compliance and minimize risk.,Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Loyalty, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Credit Card networks).,Provide leadership oversight on Business Review processes, including data analysis and collaboration for reporting.,Develop and maintain expertise in the competitive landscape to drive innovative thinking and differentiation.,5+ years experience in business banking and product management.

Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated experience within the credit card industry (e.g., knowledge of Credit card financial and analytical skills),Awareness of retail or business banking landscape in Canada and/or previous experience with external partners,Technology/solutions acumen, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation
