Senior Manager, Process Owner PPOC (Payments Processing & Operations Centre)

Description

This role involves leading a team to manage daily payment activities, particularly wire processing and investigations within the Payments Processing & Operations Centre (PPOC). The primary goal is to standardize, simplify, and automate processes to achieve significant improvements in efficiency, as well as client and employee satisfaction. The Senior Manager will optimize and transform operational processes through strategic initiatives, focusing on risk mitigation and providing strategic insights to business partners.

What We're Looking For

Manage oversight of process reviews, including detailed data analysis, root cause identification, process mapping, control identification, gap analysis, recommendations, implementation, and documentation to eliminate unnecessary steps and enhance PPOC payment processes.,Identify and lead efficiency opportunities, including optimization and transformation, by leveraging AI and automation.,Anticipate and track operational risks and issues to resolution.,Design and document internal controls to mitigate risks identified during process reviews.,Promote innovative or improved methods to achieve targets.,Collaborate with business partners, colleagues, and stakeholders to strengthen relationships and implement business solutions and best practices.,Prioritize improvement opportunities based on continuous oversight of quality, escalations, and stakeholder feedback.,Raise, track, and work to resolve issues/conflicts, escalating as appropriate.
