Senior Manager, Private Banking Technology

Implement systems in accordance with established standards, guidelines, and best practices for solution development and deployment.,Participate and contribute to the definition of overall systems architecture to support business objectives and ensure consistent technology and architecture use.,Think creatively about opportunities to align RBC offerings with future client needs.,Responsible for technology development for the Business, ensuring optimal return on investment for the client.,Review vendor deliverables to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements and comply with technology standards.,Responsible for configuration management and user training.,Collaborate with the Head of Application Development, Architecture, and various Business partners to ensure developed business systems contribute to strategic direction, enhance business processes, and add value to requesting functional Units.

Degree or equivalent in IT or a related field.,10+ years of experience in Avaloq development, project management, and people management.,Experience working with remote teams in global banks and proficiency in handling complex matrix structures.,Experience with varying businesses throughout WM Asia and their associated mix of technology platforms.,Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with international business units, regulations, pressures, and requirements.,Experienced with methodologies for development, testing/QA, business analysis, and SDLC.,Knowledge of and interaction with wider RBC Financial Group business units and IT Groups.,International exposure and sensitivity to various cultures.

Bachelor's Degree

Must have experience working with remote teams in global banks, able to handle complex matrix structures, and work as part of a single team across multiple time zones and jurisdictions.
