KPMG's People & Change Advisory Practice is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagements, manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to business development. The role involves motivating, mentoring, and coaching junior team members, while also supporting other Management Consulting service lines. The practice focuses on transforming organizations by optimizing people and organizational agendas to drive business value and achieve strategic goals in an environment of constant disruption.

What We're Looking For

Overall responsibility to plan and manage client engagements.

Lead the day-to-day operation and execution of services.

Contribute to business development activities.

Motivate your team and create a culture of inclusion.

Provide day-to-day guidance and actionable coaching to your team.

Manage, mentor and train junior team members.

Provide support to other service lines within Management Consulting.

Deliver strategic and operational consulting services related to organizational effectiveness, human resource planning and transformation.

Manage the delivery of multiple and/or large-scale client projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of quality work which meets the client requirements and expectations.

Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the development and submission of proposals and bid documents.

Manage business operations such as resource and succession planning.

Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Vancouver/Toronto market.

Provide advisory and hands-on implementation in Workforce/HR transformation.

Ideal Candidate

Over 10 years of experience in HR transformation, or organizational design, ideally with consulting, transformational or project-based roles and experience.

Proven success in project management, delivering projects on time, on-budget, and specifications, with expertise in stakeholder and risk management.

Strong client-facing skills with a focus on relationship management and business development.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships in the local market with key clients.

Consulting experience in human resources transformation and organizational design.

University degree in business management or behavioral sciences; M.A./M.B.A. is preferred.
