This role at KPMG's People & Change Advisory Practice in Vancouver focuses on transforming organizations through optimizing people and organizational agendas. The Senior Manager will lead client engagements, manage teams, contribute to business development, and support clients in HR transformation and organizational design programs. The goal is to drive business value and achieve strategic goals by improving organizational effectiveness, human resource planning, and transformation.
What We're Looking For
Plan and manage client engagements.,Lead day-to-day operations and execution of services.,Contribute to business development activities and lead pursuits aligned to client issues.,Motivate and coach teams, managing, mentoring, and training junior members.,Manage engagement economics.,Deliver multiple and/or large-scale client projects on time and within budget.,Support business operations like resource allocation and practice strategy.,Develop and maintain client relationships in the Vancouver market.,Support clients in planning and delivering people-focused Workforce/HR transformation or organizational design programs.,Provide advisory and hands-on implementation services.,Develop artifacts and action plans with clients.
Ideal Candidate
University degree in business management, behavioral sciences, or related fields.,M.A./M.B.A. in management, human resource management, or relevant qualifications.
