Description
As a Senior Manager/Director in KPMG's People & Change Advisory Practice, you will transform organizations by optimizing their people and organizational agenda. The role involves leading client engagements, motivating teams, and contributing to business development. You will provide strategic and operational consulting services, focusing on organizational effectiveness, human resource planning, and transformation to help clients achieve business value and strategic goals.
What We're Looking For
Plan and manage client engagements,Lead day-to-day operation and execution of services,Contribute to business development activities,Motivate team and foster inclusion,Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to team,Manage, mentor, and train junior team members,Manage overall engagement planning and delivery, including economics,Deliver multiple and/or large-scale client projects on time and budget,Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposals,Lead pursuits aligned to client issues,Support business operations (resource allocation, team planning, succession planning, practice strategy),Develop and maintain client relationships in the Vancouver market,Support clients in planning and delivery of people-focused Workforce/HR transformation or organizational design programs,Provide advisory and hands-on implementation services with a Workforce/HR Transformation or organizational design lens,Work with clients and teams to develop artifacts and action plans,Over 10 years of experience in HR transformation or organizational design, ideally in consulting, transformational, or project-based roles,Proven success in project management, delivering projects on time, on-budget, and to specifications,Expertise in stakeholder and risk management,Strong client-facing skills with a focus on relationship management and business development,Consulting experience in human resources transformation and organizational design,Excellent knowledge of project management and facilitation techniques,Broad business management experience in consulting or corporate environments
Ideal Candidate
University degree in business management, behavioral sciences, or related fields,M.A./M.B.A. in management, human resource management or relevant qualifications,Over 10 years of experience in HR transformation or organizational design,Proven success in project management,Strong client-facing skills,Consulting experience in human resources transformation and organizational design,Excellent knowledge of project management and facilitation techniques,Broad business management experience
