As a Senior Manager/Director in KPMG's People & Change Advisory Practice, you will transform organizations by optimizing their people and organizational agenda. The role involves leading client engagements, motivating teams, and contributing to business development. You will provide strategic and operational consulting services, focusing on organizational effectiveness, human resource planning, and transformation to help clients achieve business value and strategic goals.
