Senior Manager, People & Change

KPMG's People & Change Advisory Practice aims to transform organizations by optimizing their workforce, HR function, and overall organizational agenda. This role involves leading client engagements, motivating and guiding teams, and contributing to business development to help clients achieve strategic goals amidst constant change.

What We're Looking For

Plan and manage client engagements.

Lead day-to-day operations and execution of services.

Motivate teams and foster an inclusive culture.

Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to team members.

Manage, mentor, and train junior team members.

Support other service lines within Management Consulting.

Responsible for overall engagement planning, delivery, and managing engagement economics.

Manage delivery of multiple and/or large-scale client projects on time, within budget, and to specifications.

Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposal submissions.

Lead pursuits aligned to client issues.

Support business operations like resource allocation, team planning, succession planning, and practice strategy.

Develop and maintain client relationships in the Toronto market (for Toronto posting).

Develop and maintain client relationships in the Vancouver market (for Vancouver posting).

Provide advisory and hands-on implementation in Workforce/HR transformation.

Support clients in planning and delivering people-focused Workforce/HR transformation or organizational design programs.

Ideal Candidate

Over 10 years of experience in HR transformation or organizational design, preferably in consulting, transformational, or project-based roles.

Proven success in project management, including on-time, on-budget delivery and expertise in stakeholder and risk management.

Strong client-facing skills with a focus on relationship management and business development.

Consulting experience in human resources transformation and organizational design.

University degree in business management or behavioral sciences.

M.A./M.B.A. is preferred.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree (Master's/MBA preferred)
