Lightspeed Commerce Inc. is seeking a high-impact Senior Manager, Outbound Sales, to lead and expand its proactive growth in the French region. This strategic role involves overseeing a diverse team of Field Managers, Field Account Executives, and Strategic Account Executives, with the goal of penetrating key French markets, securing high-value accounts, and establishing a consistent, scalable revenue stream.

What We're Looking For

Direct multi-tiered teams, including Field Managers, Strategic AEs for enterprise accounts, and Full-Cycle AEs.,Develop vertical-specific strategies for high-velocity outbound sales in the Hospitality industries across EMEA.,Identify and target high-value 'switch' opportunities by leveraging market-specific displacement playbooks.,Build and refine the 'outbound engine,' optimizing prospecting sequences, social selling, and account-based marketing (ABM) alignment.,Provide rigorous weekly and quarterly forecasts to the Regional Director, utilizing revenue intelligence tools (Gong, Salesforce, ChurnZero, Pure Cloud, internal AI tools) for risk identification and coaching.,Act as a strategic advisor on 'must-win' deals, participating in C-suite presentations and navigating complex European enterprise sales hurdles.,Partner with regional marketing and product teams to ensure localized outbound messaging for specific EMEA markets.,Coach managers on effective leadership to ensure high-standard frontline management and a robust internal talent pipeline.

Ideal Candidate

Sophisticated understanding of the EMEA SaaS landscape.,Proven ability to lead through others.,Extensive experience in sales management, specifically managing managers or complex, multi-functional sales teams in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, selling to SMEs with a transactional sales cycle.,Expert proficiency in modern sales stack (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and a data-first approach to territory management.,Strong grasp of SaaS financial metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC) and the ability to translate these into strategic outbound initiatives.,Adaptability to align multiple teams using outbound motion to attract customers.
