The Senior Manager will drive enterprise transformation programs from strategy to execution, conduct process diagnostics, identify and deploy digital and AI capabilities, use data for optimization, manage stakeholders, and strengthen process governance and documentation.
5+ years Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs with executive visibility and measurable business impact.,Deep expertise in end-to-end process engineering (current state assessment, E2E/F2B design, Lean, process mapping, value stream analysis, root cause diagnostics).,Strong analytical acumen, problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, organizational, and communication (written/oral) skills.,Demonstrated ability to independently navigate ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.,Keen interest in leveraging Data and cutting technology and AI solutions to drive insights & optimize operations processes.,Experience deploying digital/automation capabilities (GenAI, AI Agents, RPA, workflow tools) within operational environments.,Exceptional executive storytelling and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex problems into structured narratives.,Advanced structured problem-solving capabilities with systems-thinking mindset.
Background in Industrial Engineering, Consulting or similar.,Six Sigma, Lean, or BPM certifications.
