Senior Manager, Operational Technology

Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide feedback to team members.,Manage and maintain all OT infrastructure (PCs, servers, HMIs, network devices) across sites.,Manage and maintain industrial control applications (operational efficiency, quality, labelling, reporting).,Ensure safety, reliability, and availability of all OT assets, including deploying anti-virus and software patches in compliance with security standards (NIST, IEC 62443, GDPR).,Implement and maintain robust cyber security measures to protect OT systems.,Develop and execute the OT strategy, overseeing deployment and integration of OT systems and technologies.,Support continuous improvement of manufacturing operations through effective use of OT solutions.,Lead and manage major OT projects from conception to completion.,Prepare and manage OT OPEX and CAPEX budgets.,Oversee the collection, analysis, and utilization of data across all OT systems.,Develop and implement response plans for highly complex OT-related incidents and lead crisis drills.

Demonstrated experience in an OT leadership role within a production/manufacturing environment, with proven ability to leverage technology for business process improvement.,Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) environments, equipment, connectivity, and communication across networks.,Structured problem-solver with a focus on root cause analysis.,Ability to build and develop communities to engage and embed standards, policies, and processes.,Good understanding of cyber security best practices and their application within an OT/ICS environment to reduce risk.,Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.,Commercially minded with supplier management experience.

Must be willing to travel (implied for five UK sites), requires some out-of-hours support
