This opportunity is for a Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Planning within RBC's Operational Risk team. The role focuses on evolving operational risk through technological products and services to ensure consistency across various business segments, regions, and legal entities. The successful candidate will support key programs that align with the organization's goals as operations expand.
Advance the development, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives related to Operational Risk.,Collaborate with leaders across the enterprise and cross-functional teams to define initiative scope, objectives, and success criteria.,Develop and manage initiative timelines to ensure successful outcomes.,Monitor and evaluate progress of initiatives, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.,Communicate initiative updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.,Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
5+ years of proven strategic initiative experience working in professional services / consulting experience with a reputable firm.,Experience in project and/or program management.,Bachelor's degree in related discipline or an equivalent amount of professional experience.,Previous experience working in Risk Management (nice-to-have).
