Description

As a Senior Manager in Revenue Dividends, Capital Markets, you will lead and develop an expert team focused on revenue operations, including dividends and interest. This role involves guiding your team, contributing to process transformation, strengthening controls, and ensuring operational excellence through your financial product knowledge and strategic vision. You will drive transformation initiatives, oversee new product implementation, establish performance indicators, and represent your sector in cross-functional initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Lead and develop a team of analysts, ensuring consistent practices, engagement, and continuous skill development.,Ensure smooth and consistent execution of revenue operations in collaboration with interest operations teams.,Drive transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and continuously improve operational processes.,Oversee the implementation of new products or projects, ensuring strong controls, effective risk management, and reduced manual exceptions.,Establish and enhance performance indicators (KPIs), governance mechanisms, and operational controls.,Represent the sector in cross-functional initiatives related to financial markets and wealth management, collaborating with internal partners such as Front Office, Compliance, Finance, and year-end tax teams.,Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.,3 to 5 years of experience leading a team.,Relevant experience in financial markets and/or wealth management.,Exposure to revenue-related activities such as dividends, interest, or similar financial products.,Strong understanding of risk management practices and regulated operations in a high-volume environment.,Demonstrated experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.,3 to 5 years of experience leading a team.,Relevant experience in financial markets and/or wealth management.,Exposure to revenue-related activities (dividends, interest, or similar financial products).,Strong understanding of risk management practices and regulated operations in a high-volume environment.,Demonstrated experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
