Conduct market scans and research trends impacting the global financial services ecosystem.,Lead operational risk and compliance initiatives, contributing to reporting.,Generate market trend reports, translating data into actionable insights.,Maintain and evolve marketing analytics to drive performance insights and identify digital marketing opportunities.,Deliver quarterly reports for the Global Marketing team detailing content performance, operational updates, competitive insights, and milestones.,Provide analysis, reporting, and ad hoc problem-solving to support decision-making and address operational opportunities.,Represent Global Wealth Management Marketing in enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring integration and strategic alignment.,Evaluate existing marketing platforms and collaborate with global partners to enhance marketing capabilities.,Support the Director, Marketing Insights & Operations in operationalizing a global awards strategy for Wealth Management.
Minimum of seven years of work experience in marketing strategy, financial services go-to-market operations, financial services consulting, or related roles (global experience is an asset).,Proven track record of delivering exceptional materials on market insights, trend analysis, and project execution.,Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.,Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to connect themes and opportunities across diverse teams.,A resourceful and optimistic approach to problem-solving, diligence, proactivity, collaboration, and managing key stakeholder relationships.,Strong presentation and project management skills and the ability to execute independently.,Strong AI literacy, with knowledge of how AI concepts apply to marketing operations.,Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven findings to inform and refine marketing strategies.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across global teams.,Understanding of financial institutions and products as they relate to high-net-worth individuals (nice-to-have).,Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira) (nice-to-have).,Canadian Securities Course (nice-to-have).
