The Senior Manager, Logistics Operations will lead Moderna's European logistics operations hub in Warsaw, Poland. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining resilient, GDP-compliant logistics processes and driving digital transformation across the upstream supply chain. What We're Looking For

Lead daily operations of Moderna's European logistics hub, managing upstream transportation (air, road, sea) and warehousing. [cite: 2, 4_1],Ensure efficient material flows across inbound, intercompany, warehousing, and outbound supply chain segments.,Implement GDP-compliant shipping processes, including handling, validation, and customs procedures.,Drive operational excellence in all logistics flows, ensuring adherence to Health Authority, GDP, GMP, Cold Chain, Trade, and Security requirements.,Partner with Moderna Digital and Logistics Engineering to deploy automation and digital platforms such as Transport and Warehouse Management Systems (TMS/WMS), real-time visibility tools, smart IoT devices, and digital scorecards.,Support digital transformation in customs and trade compliance, leveraging automation and real-time tracking capabilities.,Track and analyze logistics KPIs using dashboards and scorecards for continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate

BS/BA degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration. [cite: 1_1, 2_2],8–10 years of relevant experience with a BS, or 5–8 years with an MS, in distribution/logistics/supply chain, preferably in the pharma or biotech sector. [cite: 1_1, 2_2],Experience in a cGMP and cGDP-regulated environment with a strong understanding of pharma logistics. [cite: 1_1, 2_2],Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP systems and advanced logistics software (TMS, WMS, visibility tools). [cite: 1_1, 2_2],Working knowledge of GDP and other regulatory frameworks related to pharmaceutical logistics. [cite: 1_1, 2_2],Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Education
