Description
This leadership role involves overseeing and maturing the IT control quality assurance framework within the Global Security division. The focus is on validating the design and operational effectiveness of security controls, ensuring they align with enterprise risk standards and regulatory requirements while providing strategic oversight to the QA team.
What We're Looking For
Execute and oversee high-quality QA reviews of IT security controls,Identify control deficiencies and track remediation efforts to completion,Collaborate with control owners to improve the security posture,Prepare reporting and dashboards for senior leadership regarding control health,Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA analysts,Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and regulatory changes
Ideal Candidate
Significant experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or IT Quality Assurance,Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP,Experience working in a large financial institution or highly regulated environment,Deep understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC) and security frameworks
