Execute and oversee high-quality QA reviews of IT security controls,Identify control deficiencies and track remediation efforts to completion,Collaborate with control owners to improve the security posture,Prepare reporting and dashboards for senior leadership regarding control health,Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA analysts,Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and regulatory changes
Significant experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or IT Quality Assurance,Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP,Experience working in a large financial institution or highly regulated environment,Deep understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC) and security frameworks
