Senior Manager, Global Construction Project Delivery
Description
This role sits within the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Global Project Delivery Center of Excellence. The Senior Manager serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership and regional leads, providing high-level oversight of RBC’s outsourced construction and project management partners. The position is responsible for driving global delivery frameworks, ensuring alignment with corporate compliance and risk standards, and optimizing project management performance to support RBC’s business unit objectives.
What We're Looking For
Manage the performance of third-party project management vendors in alignment with SLAs and KPIs,Lead governance and relationship management with global suppliers and partners,Establish and implement standardized global frameworks and processes for project service delivery,Oversee centralized reporting for global project performance and progress,Manage project escalations, risk controls, and process improvements,Develop forward-looking project pipelines and benchmarking against industry standards,Minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate,At least 3 years of experience in large, complex real estate service solution development,Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle and project management methodologies
Ideal Candidate
University degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience,Professional Management Professional (PMP) or related designation (Nice-to-have),Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related discipline (Nice-to-have),Change Management Certification (Nice-to-have)
