Senior Manager, Financial Performance Management

RBCx is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Financial Performance Management to join its Financial Operations team. This role supports all financial cycles, works to build and improve processes for scale, and will assist leaders and stakeholders across RBCx and RBC on various finance initiatives. The position requires adaptability in an evolving and ambiguous environment.

What We're Looking For

Act as primary support for Technology & Operations (T&O) group financial operations and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual), including leading the T&O planning and forecasting process.,Responsible for monthly & quarterly consolidated performance reporting for all ventures (Ownr, Dr. Bill, Mydoh, Houseful).,Gather and consolidate information, conduct complex data analysis with large datasets to identify patterns, trends, or insights.,Explain actuals, variances, and gaps in financial reporting, and be involved in forecast & plan preparations and presentations.,Support General Ledger (G/L) integrity and perform accounting functions like month-end reconciliations and reporting.,Primary finance support for the Strategy & Investments team, preparing materials and analysis for M&A activities.,Support Project Approval Requests (PAR) processes; collaborate to create strong business cases, align stakeholders, execute PAR commitments, measure progress, monitor capital draw down, and support annual injection reviews/requests.,Respond to high volume of ad-hoc queries related to project deliverables and systems from business or senior leaders.,CPA, CFA designation or equivalent.,5 to 8 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, financial advisory, or consulting.,Strong team and people management abilities, and ability to play a leadership role across a wide group of peers.,Experience developing business cases, forecasts, and models.,Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, experience delivering high-quality executive reporting.,Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly draw insights from large datasets and financial information.,Expert knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Ideal Candidate

CPA, CFA designation or equivalent.,5 to 8 years of experience working in strategic finance, FP&A, financial advisory or consulting.,Experience working in a high-growth B2B/B2C SaaS environment, or a large financial institution (Nice to have).
