The Senior Manager will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and driving their consistent national implementation across various teams.
Lead and support enterprise-level transformation initiatives, including redesigning the audit operating model and performance frameworks.,Translate strategic objectives into executable financial and operational plans and ensure their implementation.,Proven ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (operations, finance, risk, resource planning, offshore teams, leadership) to gather, synthesize, and align information.,Support senior leadership in responding to regulatory requirements and strengthening governance, transparency, and reporting structures.,Develop sophisticated business models for structural redesign, forecasting, capacity planning, and profitability analysis.,Design standardized financial tools and leverage AI to improve reporting, insights, and decision support.,Drive capability uplift within teams for the sustainable adoption of standardized processes, AI-enabled tools, and enhanced performance reporting.,Partner with the Director of Finance to revamp and modernize reporting frameworks.,Strong experience in finance, operations, or business transformation, preferably within a large, complex organization.,Exposure to digital tools, automation, or AI-enabled reporting and analysis.,Proven ability to work with senior leaders and translate strategy into practical, measurable plans.,Solid analytical and complex financial modeling skills.,Practical experience using digital tools, automation, or AI to enhance reporting, analysis, or decision-making.,Working understanding of databases and data structures, and data flow between systems.,Experience improving processes, planning, or reporting across multiple teams or functions.,Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.,Relevant business/finance education.,Fluent written and verbal English.
