Senior Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics

RBC Wealth Management is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics to develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy. This role involves delivering insights to drive business strategy, growth, operational efficiency, and profitability globally. The successful candidate will oversee the design and continuous improvement of BI and analytics capabilities, establish an analytics environment aligned with data strategy, drive reporting and ad-hoc analysis, and enable data-driven decision-making for executive leadership. They will also work with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify improvements and inform strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For

Develop and execute a business intelligence strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.,Establish an analytics environment, including evaluating and implementing BI and analytics tools and technologies.,Guide the evolution of a data environment that integrates data from multiple domains and supports a unified view of the global business.,Develop and maintain a robust reporting framework, including data visualization, dashboarding, ad-hoc analyses, and standardized reports for executive leadership.,Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on business intelligence and data analytics matters.,Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.,Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders for successful implementation of new tools and solutions.,Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business intelligence strategies and solutions.,Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly in wealth management.

Ideal Candidate

A degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.,Strong technical skills, including experience with data engineering, data modeling, business intelligence tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python); experience working with Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI and Tableau preferred.
