TD Bank is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Application Management to lead a team focused on HR technology innovation. This role involves developing and executing a strategic roadmap for HR business applications, delivering high-impact solutions in an agile environment, overseeing platform optimization (e.g., Workday, Varicent, ServiceNow), empowering a high-performing team, engaging with stakeholders, and building data and AI capabilities within the HR technology landscape. The position is critical for transforming TD Bank's HR tech stack and enhancing employee experiences for over 95,000 colleagues globally.

What We're Looking For

Partner with Product Owners to develop and execute a visionary roadmap for HR business applications (Workday, ServiceNow).,Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-impact solutions.,Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of HR platforms like Workday, Varicent, and ServiceNow.,Mentor and inspire a high-performing team.,Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.,Build digital, data, and AI capabilities for HR technology.,Lead and manage Business Operations Practices for 3 or more applications.,Own deployment and change management for initiatives.,Develop operating practices for Marketing Technology projects.,Maintain a 3-year roadmap for business vision and alignment.,Oversee financial planning and management for Operations and Marketing Technology budgets.,Accountable for documentation management (Operations Manuals, BRD, SRS, Test Plans).,Manage operational risk and controls.,Accountable for executive and management communications regarding Business Operations.,Ensure adherence to guidelines and regulatory requirements (Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Chief Data Officer).,Establish effective relationships with business and technology partners.,Manage and oversee intake of new projects and allocate Business Systems Analyst resources.,Communicate and negotiate timelines, budget, staffing, scope, and milestones.,Ensure team compliance with procedures for audit results.,Manage and lead the overall team, providing leadership and guidance.,Set targets and objectives for the team and deliver results.,Grow team expertise to align with business/enterprise demand.,Lead a high-performing team, provide feedback, and manage performance.,Manage employees in compliance with HR policies.,Share knowledge, information, and subject matter expertise.,Support an environment for escalating business challenges and facilitate change.,Recruit a diverse, qualified workforce.,Establish a cohesive team and promote an equitable environment.,Act as a brand ambassador.,Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and other business units.
