The Senior Manager, AI Vulnerability Management leads a team of information security experts to develop and manage strategies, programs, and tools, providing specialized oversight for technology risk reduction within the Bank. This role specifically focuses on identifying, assessing, and managing vulnerabilities unique to AI models across the organization, contributing to continuous detection, classification, and remediation of AI-related risks to ensure secure operation of AI systems throughout their lifecycle. The role involves hands-on analysis, operational execution, and collaboration with engineering partners to enhance the organization's AI risk posture.
Manage / lead a team of Technology Controls / Information Security experts in the development and/ or management of relevant strategies, programs, tools, frameworks and policies.,Provide specialized oversight / control / governance activities for a key business line/segment or transformational strategic initiative / program.,Liaise across the organization and primarily interface with executive and/or functional stakeholders to minimize overall technology risks to the Bank.,Support the identification, assessment, and management of vulnerabilities unique to AI models across the organization.,Contribute to processes that enable continuous detection, classification, and remediation of AI‑related risks.,Ensure the secure operation of AI systems throughout their lifecycle.,Perform model assessments and operate scanning tools.,Assist in documenting and communicating risks to relevant stakeholders.,Oversee / manage a team or group(s) of moderate to large or in size, scope, risk and complexity.,Provide thought leadership and be future-focused.,Possess excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills, particularly in presenting options in business terms to IT and business staff including executives.,Possess deep expertise and knowledge of Bank, technology standards, and leading large and varied teams of professionals.,Possess expert knowledge of broad scope of technology controls / information security, technology, tools, processes and procedures, as well as broader organization issues.
Bachelor's degree preferred,Information security certification / accreditation an asset,10+ years of relevant experience,Demonstrated success in building AI vulnerability management programs, including assessment, prioritization, and remediation governance,Advanced security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent)
