Description

This role is responsible for establishing and leading a bank-wide capability to identify, assess, and prioritize vulnerabilities in AI models throughout their lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing processes for continuous detection, classification, and remediation of AI-related risks, implementing security tools, automating reporting, leading AI penetration testing, and communicating results to stakeholders. The role aims to ensure the secure operation of AI systems and maintain a robust risk posture for the organization.

What We're Looking For

Manage and lead a team of Technology Controls/Information Security experts.,Develop and manage strategies, programs, tools, frameworks, and policies related to technology risks.,Provide specialized oversight, control, and governance activities for key business lines or strategic initiatives.,Support the identification, assessment, and management of vulnerabilities unique to AI models.,Contribute to processes for continuous detection, classification, and remediation of AI-related risks.,Perform model assessments and operate scanning tools.,Assist in documenting and communicating risks to relevant stakeholders.,Collaborate with engineering partners to enhance the organization's AI risk posture.,Provide thought leadership.,Oversee/manage teams of moderate to large size, scope, risk, and complexity.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's Degree preferred.,Information security certification/accreditation an asset (e.g., CISSP, CCSP).,10+ years of relevant experience.,Demonstrated success in building AI vulnerability management programs, including assessment, prioritization, and remediation governance.,Experience supporting vulnerability management activities, including assessment, prioritization, or remediation workflows.,Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle stages (data preparation, training, deployment, and monitoring).,Familiarity with AI/ML model architectures, pipelines, and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
