The Senior Manager, Advisor Development and Leadership Coaching, is responsible for creating and delivering coaching programs that enhance advisor skills, enable effective leadership coaching, and ultimately drive growth, client experience, and scalability within high-net-worth practices at TD Wealth. The role involves leading the Developing Investment Advisor (DIA) program and coaching senior leaders across the wealth business.
Lead TD Wealth's Developing Investment Advisor (DIA) program.,Provide coaching to developing advisors and their Branch Managers on practice growth, business development, and financial planning.,Coach and develop leaders across Financial Planning, Private Investment Advice, and Private Banking.,Partner with business heads to identify leadership capability gaps and deliver targeted coaching interventions.,Facilitate group sessions and leadership roundtables to strengthen coaching, performance management, and practice-building skills.,Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, providing insights to refine strategy and execution.
10+ years of progressive experience in wealth management (financial planning, private investment advice, private banking, or related fields).,Bachelor’s degree required.,Coaching certification (e.g., ICF) considered an asset but not required.,Advanced designation (CFP, CFA, MBA, or similar) preferred.
