This role is for a Senior Growth Manager who will drive customer and portfolio growth for Simplii Financial's investment products, including TFSAs, RRSPs, GICs, and USD accounts. The manager will have direct P&L responsibility for the investment portfolio, focusing on key revenue, margin, and growth levers. The position involves using customer insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, re-engagement, monetization) and partnering with cross-functional teams like Product Managers, Marketing, Analytics, CX, and Finance to implement strategies and achieve measurable business impact. It is a highly analytical role requiring comfort with financial forecasts and translating customer behavior into P&L results.
Own P&L performance for Simplii's Savings and investment products, leading performance metrics such as balances, inflows/outflows, retention, and CAC.,Partner with Finance for Latest Estimate (LE) cycles, forecasting, and planning.,Analyze end-to-end customer funnels to identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, funding, and engagement.,Conduct cohort analysis to understand retention, balance growth, and customer lifetime value.,Partner with the Analytics team to build dashboards linking customer behavior to business outcomes.,Identify leading indicators of successful customers.,Influence roadmap priorities with Product Managers and provide insight-driven recommendations for pricing, offers, campaigns, and feature enhancements.,Support planning and execution of promotional and evergreen campaigns.,Ensure campaigns and product changes align with customer needs, performance goals, and regulatory requirements.,Monitor post-launch performance and recommend optimization.,Use data to uncover behavioral patterns and growth opportunities.,Design, prioritize, and evaluate experiments impacting funding behaviors, retention, and monetization.,Measure experiment results rigorously and translate findings into actionable recommendations.,Develop growth hypotheses grounded in customer data and business goals.,Maintain an experimentation backlog prioritized by impact, confidence, and effort.,Translate learnings into scalable recommendations for product, marketing, and lifecycle strategies.,Design and support A/B tests, multivariate tests, and controlled experiments across various channels.,Partner with Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with customer intent and goals.,Collaborate with CX, NPS, and Voice-of-Customer teams for qualitative insights.,Work with Risk, Legal, and Compliance for responsible growth practices.,Communicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly to leadership.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets, funnels, and performance metrics.,Familiarity with SQL, A/B testing strategy, experimentation platforms, or analytics tools.,Ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations.,Comfort working in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.,Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments (nice to have).
