At KPMG, a Senior Manager in Global Mobility Services, Tax will join a diverse team focused on turning insight into opportunity for clients. This role involves providing compliance-related tax services, managing client engagements, and supervising junior staff within the tax department.
Lead small and medium-sized client engagements.
Manage Canadian and US personal tax compliance, including tax returns, projections, equalizations, and briefings with assignees.
Handle cross-border (shadow) payroll.
Manage all aspects of international assignment programs.
Work closely with Partners, Executive Directors, and Senior Managers on client tax compliance.
Review the work of junior staff for accuracy and completeness.
Provide ongoing support and mentoring for staff professional development.
Collaborate with other office members on global clients and proposals.
Enrollment in an accounting designation is required (CPA, Canada or CPA, US).
Enrollment in courses to obtain the US title of « Enrolled Agent » is an asset.
