Partner with Financial Advisors (FA) to proactively seek new clients through various methods including cold calling, soliciting referrals, executing mailings and marketing campaigns, conducting presentations, and participating in networking forums.,Identify and pursue business development opportunities aimed at increasing revenue, strengthening client relationships, and optimizing daily operational processes.,Deliver exceptional client service by deeply understanding their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation, ensuring prompt and effective responses to their needs.,Conduct thorough research and review of investments to align with and achieve client investment goals.,Execute trades, facilitate the opening of new client accounts, and support asset gathering initiatives.,Investigate and resolve complex account-related issues, often collaborating with internal business partners for effective solutions.,Serve as a resource within the branch, offering assistance to colleagues through training, coaching, and mentoring.,Manage the transfer of funds and securities, as well as the issuance of checks, wire transfers, and ACH disbursements upon request.,Process investment advisory agreements and oversee account surveillance on the AdvisoryLink platform.,Communicate investment strategies and recommendations to clients as directed by the Financial Advisor.
Possession of Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses, along with required state licenses, or the ability to obtain them promptly.,Advanced knowledge and comprehension of the stock market, various investments, and retirement planning.,Familiarity with fixed income products, equities, mutual funds, insurance, annuities, and relevant compliance regulations.,Proficiency in computer applications.
