Description

The Senior Information Security Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting AI solutions within the bank by analyzing technical requirements, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring adherence to enterprise frameworks for AI lifecycle management, risk, and governance. The role involves maintaining clear documentation, supporting leadership updates, and contributing to a positive team environment through knowledge transfer and mentorship. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for translating program data into actionable insights, managing dashboards, and providing input on AI security-related compliance and incident responses.

What We're Looking For

Analyze and understand business and technical requirements to support internal and partner teams for AI solutions.,Work closely with technology/project teams to understand AI needs and provide analysis and requirements for product/solution design.,Collaborate with technology and business partners to resolve issues and ensure requirements and established SLAs, while adhering to enterprise frameworks.,Ensure business operations follow applicable internal and external requirements.,Participate in cross-functional / enterprise initiatives as a subject matter expert.,Conduct meaningful analysis at the functional or enterprise level using results to draw conclusions and make recommendations.,Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts.,Maintain clear documentation of readiness and operational workflows, SOPs, target operating models, and business/technology dependencies.,Support the AI Defence Leadership team in providing updates, maintaining a feedback loop, and transparency.,Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment, and ensure timely communication.,Provide industry knowledge and participate in knowledge transfer.,Keep current on emerging trends/developments and grow knowledge of the business, tools and techniques.,Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross-training.,Keep others informed about project status and day-to-day activities.,Contribute to team development through mentorship, sharing knowledge, and leveraging best practices.,Lead, motivate and develop relationships with internal and external business partners.,Translate program data into actionable insights, managing productivity and performance dashboards.,Participate in AI app security incident responses and represent respective function and Enterprise position.,Provide input on AI security-related Regulatory compliance requirements, reporting, and questions.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent vocational experience, demonstrating rigorous analytical and quantitative focus.,Deep understanding of complex technology delivery life cycles and cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, and downstream Operations.,High degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment.,Highly motivated self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and demonstrates leadership qualities in driving initiatives and achieving results.,Highly effective communicator—concise, clear, and adapted to various audiences.
