Description

This role involves leading the on-boarding process for large group insurance cases (50+ lives) at RBC Group Insurance. The specialist will manage the end-to-end implementation, acting as the primary point of contact, coordinating with various internal and external partners to ensure client satisfaction and successful case approvals. It's suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced service environment.

What We're Looking For

Manage new large case and new product submissions from Sales Consultants, Advisors, and Client Relationship Specialists.,Apply extensive in-depth knowledge and skills to complex assignments.,Partner with regional offices, VPs, and sales teams to foster business relationships with clients, 3rd party distribution, and advisors across Canada.,Provide best practices for new case and new product submissions, including gathering master applications, compensation forms, and census data.,Exercise independent judgment, interpersonal, communication, training, and problem-solving skills to optimize interactions with all partners.

Ideal Candidate

Post secondary degree (Bachelor),Project management certification (PMI) (Nice-to-have),CEBS (Nice-to-have),Underwriting knowledge (Nice-to-have)
