Senior Implementation Specialist

This role at RBC Group Insurance involves leading the on-boarding process for large group cases (50+ lives), focusing on client satisfaction through strategic project management and cross-functional teamwork. The specialist will manage the end-to-end implementation, from gathering critical submission documents to coordinating with various internal and external partners to resolve complexities and secure approvals. What We're Looking For

Manage all new large case and new product submission requests from Sales Consultants, Advisors, and Client Relationship Specialists.,Apply extensive in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.,Work in partnership with regional offices, Regional VP, and Sales Team to develop positive and effective business relationships with clients, 3rd party distribution, and advisors across Canada.,Handle moderately to complex issues, requiring advanced business acumen and/or in-depth evaluation of variable factors, with limited guidance.,Provide best practices for new case and new product submissions, including gathering group master application, Advisor Compensation Form, and census data.,Demonstrate initiative and apply concepts while exercising effective interpersonal, communication, training, and problem-solving skills to optimize interactions with Sales Consultants, Advisors, Clients, and other internal/external partners.,Regularly exercise independent judgment on matters of significance within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions/approaches.
