Description

As a Senior IAM Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for leading, implementing, and supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) Services including CyberArk Secrets Manager within RBC. This role involves expertise in authentication, security, building large-scale enterprise software, and developing complex rule-based authorization systems.

What We're Looking For

Participate in the full lifecycle of PAM and Secrets Management services implementation, from internal hand-off to installation, system configuration, development, and testing. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for CyberArk solutions, providing technical guidance on performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Engage in architecture and design discussions, identify efficiency opportunities through automation, and build strong relationships across business units to ensure effective integration of initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

4-7 years of IAM experience with strong knowledge in CyberArk Solutions development (installation, configuration, and coding) and Application Credential Management. Understanding of LDAP-based identity stores (e.g., Windows Active Directory). Experience with databases, SQL, and virtualization tools (e.g., VMWare, Hyper-V). Ability to automate application and account onboarding into CyberArk. Knowledge of network security, authentication, and authorization. Extensive expertise in deploying software and strong technical troubleshooting on Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible, Terraform. Working experience with at least one scripting language (Bash, PowerShell, Python). Nice-to-have: experience in tuning highly scalable systems, understanding of encryption fundamentals, strategic thinking with excellent interpersonal skills.
