The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a dedicated Senior IAM Systems Support Analyst to manage and enhance Authorization services, specifically focusing on fine-grained authorization capabilities. The role involves managing policy-based access control for various resources like applications, APIs, microservices, and databases, ensuring adherence to the organization's security protocols and compliance standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain authorization policies using ABAC, PBAC, and RBAC.
Integrate Enterprise Authorization Services with applications, APIs, and microservices.
Provide guidance to enterprise teams on policy configurations and best practices.
Investigate and resolve production issues related to authorization policies and system integrations.
Work with IAM, Business, and IT partners to design access controls.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for authorization policies and access controls.
Regularly review access control reports for risks and recommend enhancements.
Proactively monitor authorization services, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
Assist in designing and deploying access control policies.
Contribute to automation initiatives and participate in root-cause analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years in IAM roles with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting authorization solutions.
