Description
As a senior technical leader within the HR Technology team, you will be responsible for the architectural design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The role focuses on automating complex HR processes, improving the employee digital experience, and ensuring the platform's stability and scalability through innovative engineering practices.
What We're Looking For
Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules,Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions,Configure and manage Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Virtual Agent,Perform system integrations using REST/SOAP web services,Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices,Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications,Troubleshoot complex platform issues and manage system upgrades
Ideal Candidate
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD),ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HR (CIS-HR) preferred,Strong understanding of HR business processes and data privacy,Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
